Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that there are times when you will need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, and we are pleased to accommodate your needs. However, due to the increasing demand for our services it is our policy that all cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments take place 24 hours prior to the date of your originally scheduled appointment. If you are unable to fulfil these requirements or you miss a booked appointment, you will be charged full fee.
By booking in and complying with our policy, you are acknowledging your commitment to improving your health and wellbeing, and showing respect to your healthcare provider for their time and effort.
